i quit my job today !!!!

#well i have a month noticw but #I STARTED THAT !!!!#one month left !!!#incase you wete wondering what the final straw was:#my sister gave birth and hemmorhaged #like actually bearly fucking died multiple times #and im on the opposite end of the country !!!!#and when i told work that i needed to leave by 3 the next day (scheduled 6-4)#(and by the next day i mean Three hours after i got the news and many hours befote i would receive the news that she’s alive)#they said. Who’s The Close Today?#and then *i* ended up doing the fucking close yesterday #and then TODAY (the day after that)#i did the open to close AGAIN #because i cover everyones fucking shifts #all yhe time #im the best manager but like actually #late? that’s okay ! need yo leave early? ofc !! can’t make it today? i’ll come in !!!#I asked for a Three Hour Shift. there was a sick call at 7am. i adked for someone to come in for Three Hours #crickets.#actual crickets.#so *i* (<- guy who was meant to have physio today) stayed until EIGHT PM #6-8 !!!!!!!!!!#i fucking hate my job !!!!!#and thats not to mention #im not meant to do sunday closes !!#because i live at the top of the hill #and i am in pain every day of my life #so i get the subway home #but the sub shuts at six !!!#so guess who walked the fuck home and now cant move at all after his massive shift? THIS GUYY (tomorrows opener)

Teeny update

I haven't been posting much A) because of Christmas and B) because I STILL have art block and its periodically getting worse as I go.

I'm not dead I swear, im trying to turn out designs as fast as I can but I can't do it how I used to anymore and I'm afraid my already dismal rate is dropping more now.

Because.. I have a new member to announce of a leopard gecko! Unnamed until tomorrow, unsexed until(hopefully) tomorrow. I got him earlier today and got to pick him out myself. He's a pretty healthy lil guy and I plan on keeping him that way. This is in part due to pestering my parents for months and also my cat, Sam, getting older and the offers of putting him down to cremate him getting higher. I'm not ready to be alone like that, and want something else to focus on while grieving when it does happen.

In other news!! Gecko!! Unnamed! I have a looong list of names and such, and plan on choosing a few.

Here he is, the bestest gecko ever. His eyes look like Lichtenberg Figures! He stripey. I don't know if he has any morphs but I'm gonna look into it soon
