You said you wanna write cricket rpf x heated rivalry inspired something so i do have few names i think gonna fit in the cast - just a suggeston yk..

1. Pat x Virat ( obviously)

2. Pat x Ben ( too much potential to ignore)

3. virat x Mitchell strac ( fits based on all the rivalry - inteste moments plus rcb days of mitch can be there all star game thing 🤣)

4. Virat x Steve smith ( because among fab 4 - fab 4 are kinda leguage trying to make them rivals so based on that kane x vi is too best friend type, vi x joe is like joe having crush on vi no rivalry but steve x virat has potential too much potential i would say)

Hehe, I'm biased so my every suggestion includes virat or pat ( they are my literally fav people along with josh of course) personally i feel virat x steve would fit perfect besed on hr if i say then you will have their rookie days too u19 wc & all wait Mitch was in u19 wc too right..

hi! haha yeah i did say it on a whim but the thing is i haven’t really finished watching (or reading) heated rivalry yet so it may take some time to truly get to it if i indeed go in this direction 😅 — i’ve only gotten through episode one so far so i may not catch some of the references you’re trying to make, sorry 🙇🏻‍♀️

- haha yes pat and virat are the obvious choices here from my list of blorbos at least 🤌🏼 but like it was brought to my attention earlier, who’d be the “shane” out of them both since patrat are equally snarky (if i Had to pick just one, probably pat as shane though just because he is the younger teenage prodigy and in the time he’s making a comeback into the test team i can imagine him walking up to virat to just compliment him and virat at his prime going “you won’t be so kind when you lose” :’D )

- exploring pat and ben like this would be really fascinating as well especially with the whole “ashes” backdrop hmmmm (i’m imagining them with the photoshoot sexual tension looool can you tell i’ve only watched episode one 😭)

- virat and starc is an interesting choice! i don’t see their “rivalry” as that intense myself but they definitely have an attraction >>>

- you’re right! out of the fab 4 it’s definitely smithy and virat whose egos would clash — their rivalry is definitely purely technical though because smudge just likes to geek out like that 😭 but given their deep shared history it could be easier to draw out a timeline
