South Korea’s Criminal System???
Is any one else really annoyed that charges or jail time hasn’t been mention in hardly any of the articles talking about Seungri’s scandal? When a rapper gets caught with weed, the articles reporting on it always mention the possible jail time, but is there no jail time for rape in South Korea? Are men allowed to secretly record females without their knowledge/drug them and walk away from it, with no time?
Jung Joon Young admitted to a crime, so there should be no reason for the police in South Korea to sit him down and question him. HE ADMITTED IT. He should be in a cell right now. He should be behind bars. I always thought America’s justice system was unfair, but America’s court system has nothing on South Korea.
This scandal has changed my whole out look on not only kpop but South Korea. South Korea was always on my bucket list for places I wanted to visit, but now my mind is starting to change. South Korea seems to not even care about their own Korean women, so I know there is no way they would care about my African American self. South Korea is tougher on people who use marijuana than they are on men who abuse women.
I’m sick of seeing articles about these male idols will leaving their groups, having their contract terminated or going into reflection. I want to see articles about the police showing up to arrest them. Plain and simple.
