If you can’t have snow, at least you can have snowflakes! I found the crimson flowering dianthus in the foreground by chance last weekend which is picking up perfectly the color of the stock from my previous post. I planted them opposite to each other in the beds lining the walkway to our front door. The repeat of the same color in the flowerbeds carried through by different plants I think looks really lovely. Little things like this can make me happy!
