A few days ago we ate at a restaurant in Veranza called Cafe Laguna. It had a very big menu that offers quite a variety of Filipino dishes. As you could see, we ordered Sweet and Sour Fish, Grilled Spareribs, and Crispy Pata. The taste of the food was really good, it really packs flavor and it was satisfying. But of course, the star of the show is the Grilled Spareribs. It was nicely cooked, the meat was very tender and it was really sweet. They served it up with some vinegar so that you could balance the flavor which made it more tasty.
