A delightful combination of crispy Parmesan chicken paired with buttery garlic noodles, reminiscent of the popular dish from Noodles & Co.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 eggs, beaten. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 oz. egg noodles. 2 tbsp butter. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Cover chicken breasts with bread crumbs after dredging them in flour, then beaten eggs. Cover chicken breasts with the sauce and put them on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Follow the directions on the package to cook the egg noodles while the chicken is in the oven. Remove the water and set it aside. Melt the butter in a pan over medium-low heat. For about one minute, until the garlic smells good, add the minced garlic. Toss the cooked noodles in the garlic butter in the pan to make sure they are evenly coated. Take the chicken out of the oven and add more grated Parmesan cheese on top. Put Parmesan chicken on a plate with buttered noodles and chopped parsley on top. Have fun!
