A quick and tasty way to enjoy this classic summer treat is to air fry corn on the cob. The seasoned olive oil and Parmesan cheese give the corn a burst of flavor, making it soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. This is a great side dish for a summer meal or BBQ.
Ingredients: 4 ears of fresh corn on the cob, husks and silks removed. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Instructions: Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley flakes in a small bowl and mix them together. Spread the seasoned olive oil mixture out on a baking sheet and brush it on each ear of corn. Make sure the corn doesn't touch each other when you put it in the air fryer basket. Flip the corn over halfway through cooking at 400F 200C for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are soft and slightly charred. Just before you serve the corn, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of it. Enjoy the hot corn on the cob that you air-fried!
