Ingredients: 1 lb white fish fillets such as cod or tilapia. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup beer light Mexican beer recommended. Vegetable oil for frying. 8 small flour or corn tortillas. 1 cup shredded cabbage. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1 lime, cut into wedges.
Instructions: The fish fillets should be cut into strips. Blend flour, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl that is not too deep. Slowly whisk in the beer until you have a smooth batter.
