⁣ Canon EOS 250D | 18mm | 1/60s | f/6.3 | ISO 100⁣ Taken on 19/09/2020.⁣ ⁣ Verezzi is a small ancient village perched on a low hill that softly slopes down to the beach and the sea.⁣ ⁣ Ranked among the prettiest villages in Italy, Verezzi is made up of four historic hamlets that are more than 900 years old.⁣ ⁣ This photograph I took in September 2020 is of Crosa, the highest hamlet out of the four. Here many of the narrow alleyways are characterised by beautifully arranged plants 🪴 that help to welcome regular and new visitors alike.⁣ ⁣ To think that this medieval borgo is only a half-hour walk from the coast! ⁣ ⁣ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲:⁣ ⁣ Take a Regional train from Genoa heading for Savona or Ventimiglia and get off at Borgio Verezzi.
