The full L-sit requires you to extend both legs, keeping them as straight as possible. Make sure to push through your shoulders, keep your core tight and chest out as you hold the position. What an amazing weekend at @thegranitegames. So many great moments with my team #Thebaldandthebearded partners @calintz79 @cabr3rasau1f and my #CrossfitOTS3 family in special thanks to the media team, coach @careylcc 💚💚💚 . Every year is better and better. So far this one has been the best. The Judges and Volunteers ON POINT, No complaints. The Granite Games Director @johnwswanson always there to everyone. . For a long time I've been looking for a 275# Clean but today not only did I accomplish my goal, I added an additional 5 lbs to finish with a 280# clean for a #15 PR.
