INTRODUCING NEVI'S UNIQUE MAGIC: ADVENTURE TIME!

~Nevi is able to jump into alternate dimensions using special portals she makes from large reflective surfaces such as water, glass, and shiny metals. The items must be large enough to fit her whole person and only last for about 30 seconds after she jumps in. The spell requires nearly the bulk of her magical energy so it's only to be used in emergencies and she needs at least a full day's recovery to open a new portal.

When he opens his eyes however, he is in a totally different place. And with totally different people. Cas has a crush on his best friend, but he can’t act on it since the guy is straight. At least Cas thinks so, until one day he finds his friend, lying on his back in the hallway. After that, Dean is acting very strange indeed...

Dean scuffed his toes over the roof. He’d been pacing here for a while now. He was thinking about Lisa. Lisa Brayden. She was cute and had pretty, dark hair. He liked her a lot and had been crushing on her. He dreamed about her at night, and couldn’t concentrate during the day. It had been like that for some time. Long enough, so he would finally take steps now. He tugged at the collar of his dark green school uniform jacket. Dean knew she often came up here. He’d come here, waiting for her. He jumped on the ledge and balanced on it a while. When the door opened with a metallic creak, he snapped his head up. “Hi! You’re here… Ehm…” Lisa stared at him, earpods still in her ears, the white cords in stark contrast to her dark wavy hair. Dean rubbed his neck. “I- I.. I’ve been thinking… I’d like to date you. I mean… you’re cute and popular and…I like you a lot. So...” His voice petered out. Lisa just stood there, her face blank, one earpod held only an inch from her ear, like she’d just taken it out. She blinked once. “If… if you don’t… I might just jump off the roof here…” He swayed a bit, trying to keep his balance. Lisa blinked a few times more and put her earpod back in. Then she turned around, the grey pleated skirt swinging enticingly around her legs, and walked back to the door. Desperation clawed at Dean. “I-I’ll do it! I mean it!” he called, but the door swung shut, leaving him alone. “Wow… that… that sucked,” he admitted to himself. Hadn’t Lisa heard him? It seemed like she had just taken the pod out. After his big confession had been done already. The door creaked open again and he looked up, hopeful. But instead of Lisa, he saw…. himself? He wore clothes he’d never seen in his life. Torn jeans, a black T-shirt and a red button up. He must be having a heatstroke or a dream, or something. He patted his own cheek to wake up, while his other self blinked at him owlishly. The world… pulsed. It was like a shockwave hit them. Dean could feel how his feet lost purchase on the ledge and he tumbled over. Ok, so he was going to die. He closed his eyes. oooOooo When he hit the floor, it didn’t hurt as much as he had anticipated, and he opened his eyes. Above him was a ceiling, painted blue with white clouds and a trim of sunflowers. It was like lying in a sunflower field on a summer day. A figure walked past, stopped and turned back. Dark hair, blue eyes and pink, pink lips. A frown appeared on the guy’s face. “What are you doing? Come on!”

Where Did This Village Come From? 28 May-3 Jun

"A couple of days? Really, Frank," Tam laughed. "Is that what you think?"

"What are you talking about?" I asked, feeling very confused at that moment. "Pem said I had only been out for about a day. Was he lying?"

"No, Frank, that's..."

"And where's the Sheriff? Where's Toleuk? They came in seconds before we did and I see no sign of them."

"I imagine they're in the town."

"No way. They wouldn't have just run into town. They would have waited for us. And even if they did we would have seen them head in, it's only been a few moments. And who even are these people? This area was completely empty. There were no people anywhere near this area. There was no water, no food. There was completely no sign of life! How did an entire city appear in a matter of days? Where did these people come from?"

"Where did they come from, Frank? They came here with you. You brought them."

"What are you talking about?"

"These are trolls who came from their village with you. The ones you left behind."

"These...?" I looked at the village. "Are...what?"

"Apparently," Tam began, "when you came to this place on your way to find me, you came with more than just that sheriff and his deputies..."

"There was a hole," I explained. "Sucking people in."

"And then you left many of them here."

"We didn't want to put them in danger."

"Well, these are those people," Tam concluded.

"These are...?" My mind was having trouble catching up. Maybe because none of this made any sense. "But we were only gone for a couple of days. How'd they manage all of this."

"Because it was more than a couple of days for them."

"I don't understand, how can it...?"

"You've been traveling through time and across dimensions for years of your life," Tam said, "and you're still not used to this sort of thing. Time is not a constant, Frank. It flows differently in different dimensions."

Made some changes to an upcoming character i was having trouble drawing for the next couple pages, and i think they're looking much better. I also got sick twice in a row so I haven't had the energy to do much which is also why it's taking me so long, hopefully I'll finally be able to finish the pages soon to be able to post

I gotta say, I think I love the sketching stage the most, even if this is a little messy XD next couple pages are coming along, though theres some other things I still need to work on for both character and setting references
