Chapter 5: The Fight

Ilya plans the perfect day to make Not-Shane chill the fuck out and calm down. To be fair, it does mostly work.

Hehe, I have another Furina!mc Execution au idea!

Hear me out... just as their about to slice Furina's neck, a portal opens up and throws someone out of it.

It's a bird! It's a plane! It's... another Neuvillette?!!!!

This other Neuvillette stops the blade in time and then proceeds to curb stomp the first one. While Melusines from the portal quickly move the shaken yet confused Furina!mc into it while everyone is shocked that the Iudex of Fontaine is being beaten up by another version of him.

Let's just say that the alternate Neuvillette lost his Furina!mc (you can decide how) and when he learns that there's a different universe with him killing Furina!mc, he goes "Oh Sovereigns no!" and stops it. The person who told him?... Alice, cause the woman can't deal with angst, Andersdotter "M" showed her it with some of her sadder stories and she didn't like it one bit!

When I read about the Alternate Universe's Melusines also coming out the portal, not gonna lie, but I imagine a few going feral like Alternate Neuvillette.

Let one of them at least do a flying kick at some asshole, please!

But sides that... idea time? Angsty idea? Maybe Furina!MC's Neuvillette wasn't exactly all that nice to begin with? Maybe their relationship was less on love, and more political? So... Political Marriage au as well?

Adding in her world's Melusines also not really having much of a relationship with her despite her trying? Why? Mostly its because of Neuvillette, and they will always trust Neuvillette's words...

But that's in the past now since Furina!MC was rescued! ...Only now, comes the next step... recovery. Probably a whole lot of therapy as well!

There was also the issue of Furina!MC and Alternate Neuvillette's relationship.

Furina!MC is still recovering from being nearly killed by her Neuvillette, plus the fact neither of them really had a relationship to begin with despite Furina!MC being romantically interest in the Sovereign.

Another thing, Alternate Neuvillette needs to come to understand this wasn't really his Furina!MC, and she was her own person, and she was very fragile right now...

But Alternate Neuvillette, Alternate Melusines, and hell, all of Alternate Fontaine were willing to try.

Just one step at a time... they will help this version of Furina!MC feel safe and secure...

●It is midday, and you're patrolling somewhere in Louisiana, when a thunderstorm hit ●You called for a Groundbridge, and just as you passed through, a lightning bot struck the portal, and you didn't get to react in time as it pulled you in like a Black Hole ●When passing through, you expected to be in some sort of different Shadow Zone, but no; it was an alternate reality! ●To say you were confused was an understatement. Why are your colleagues suddenly so... nice? Why are their paint jobs different? Why was your closest friend so adorable?! What do you mean they didn't have another bot named C/n?! ●You weren't used to this nice, go-to happy atmosphere, especially Ratchet and Optimus NOT being psychopaths. But you weren't complaining. ●You were assigned to be Bumblebee's partner when going on patrols and missions, and you were confused.

-Optimus: I'm sure you're familiar with Bumblebee. Although he might not be like your world's version of him, I'm sure he will make you feel welcomed. -Bumblebee: *Beeps in confirmation* :) -C/n: ... Don't you mean Goldbug? -Bumblebee: *Beeps in confusion* ? -Optimus: No?

●So, the meeting was going great! ●As time passed by, you grew to like this place. Everything was peaceful when their world's version of Decepticons weren't trying to destroy shit. ●When you first arrived, you were aggressive, on guard like everyone and everything was going to attack you at any given moment. ●But the more you spent time here, you've cooled down a lot. You asked questions about topics like a toddler would, letting your interest be know that aren't about slaughter, murder, torturing; in fact, you started losing interest in those things! Spending time in this universe actually made you start seeing the brighter things in life. ●Not only that, but the more you started changing to a life a peace, you... started getting nightmares about what will happen when you return, and they see the changes. Most likely torture you without a second glance, possibly kill you for straying against the Autobot cause. But what will hurt most is what will Goldbug do when he sees the new you? You've known how he is with your world's Decepticons, basically a mini-Optimus in the making. ●But, of course, Bumblebee saw how nervous you were being, and confronted him about your behavior is when you let everything of your being fall apart, telling him that your scared. Scared of what will possibly happen when you return. It's not like you can stay in their world forever; you'd have to go back at some point. ●In response, he'd pull you into a hug, rubbing your back plates in a slow, gently manor, beeping in a tone that can be music. The first time he did this is when you felt your spark thump, and you just hugged him back, and the both of you fell into recharge, not once letting go are letting your grip become loose in the slightest.

-Raf: Bumblebee? Where are you? It's time for me to go- *Hears familiar beeping in the next room* Bee? Oh! *Looks in the room as see's Bumblebee hold C/n in his lap, arms wrapped around them as their arms are wrapped around his waist, both sleeping away* I'll just ask Ratchet. *Walks away*

●As time goes on, the pinning becomes so obvious majority of the team is just groaning in annoyance, they get that this is adorable but just get together already! ●Usually, whenever he gets upset over something, he would seek you out, and just wraps his arms around you because when he's with you, he doesn't want you to leave and holding onto you is his only security of that never happening. ●There was only one bot that he was jealous of, that's in his world, and it's Smokescreen. Ever since he's joined the team, he's been dropping pick-up line after pick-up line, and making your laugh! It should be him causing him to make you laugh, not him! ●The funny thing is that you like it when he seeks you out for comfort, causing you to quietly laugh at his adorableness. If Bumblebee finds out about this, he'll make sure to do that every single time he finds himself in the same room as you. 1 for Bee, 0 for Mr. Destiny Child. ●Often times, ever since Ratchet has gotten closer to find out a way to send you back home, Bumblebee has been trying to convince you to stay, and honestly... you've been considering it. ●I mean, on the one hand if you go back home, you'll see your team again! But on the other hand, ...you would probably get tortured for changing your ideals. ●And so, with a heavy spark, you decided to stay!

Meanwhile...

●Goldbug has been searching for you. You should've came through the Groundbridge and back to base. ●The others suspected that you were probably captured by the Decepticons, but they didn't bother. One less bot to waste Energon resources. ●But not Goldbug. He hasn't rest ever since you've disappeared. The bot he fell in love with just disappears? No. There's gotta be an explanation for this. ●Forcing SG! Raf to look through security cameras in the area you were in, he found out why. Stupid thunderstorm. But... at least this gives him a lead to find out where you went on his own. ●He will not rest until he finds you and returns you back.

When a speedforce anomaly transports them to a different dimension, Bruce, Clark, and Wally discover themselves in a world exactly like their own except for one small detail...

“We're in Gotham!” Wally exclaims

“Not our Gotham.” Bruce grits. “That shop closed down three months ago. This entire block is four feet longer than it should be. And in our world-”

A street sign shimmers in the rain. Bruce grimaces.

“In our world- there is no Lady Wayne Avenue.”

“Lady Wayne.” Clark says. "Why that name?"

“One of two options. One, my mother did more charity work in this world independently of my father, enough to secure a separate name for herself and a knighthood. Or, the more likely option, a simple change of chromosome or brain chemistry in her only child.”

There is a third option.

But of course, Bruce doesn't even consider that.

[Riley wakes up in a world where she's the metal breath holder and Jun doesn't exist!]

Riley knew something was wrong the second she woke up and found the metal breath on her bedside table, she had to blink a few times to make sure she wasn't seeing things! She say and stared a the watch like device in disbelief wondering why it was in her room and not with Jun?!

"Did something happen?" She thought and quickly sat up before noticing her room was less noisy and cluttered, she took a good look around realized her crew cars were missing! She tried connecting to the forge but the connection was weak almost like it was far away!

Feeling something was severely wrong Riley got out of bed and went to put on the first clothes she saw, her mechanic uniform. but froze, the colors they weren't the yellow and red she was familiar with, instead they were replaced with Blue and Grey, and then Riley noticed another problem... in every single photo of herself her eyes were now green.

Riley took this in then checked her reflection her eyes were still the familiar grey she always had... So either this was really good prank or... The Irish woman stiffened up as she slowly realized what was happening.

"Oh! shit not again!"

She was in a another dimension... it's happened to her before, its nothing to panic about! She just had to play normal and find away contact her dimensional hopping Crew ca ...Er Space shuttle! And Hopefully this world's Jun just left the metal breath to go camping with his folks or something, again, no need to panic!

Except there was a lot to panic about 'cos when Riley when to her garage she found Blue Cop in there and her bike was gone! the patrol car looked at her appearance oddly. "Why are you dressed for work? and wearing sunglasses?" Riley realized her alter self didn't have work today, she made a lie that she had no clean clothes and her eyes were bothering her 'cos of allergies,

Blue Cop looked concerned but Riley assured him she was fine then asked him to please take her to Jun's house the cardbot's demeanor changed suddenly, he seemed caught off guard and annoyed. "Jun? Who's Jun? and why do you want to go his house?" Riley froze up and chuckled nervously tried get him to remember.

Blue Cop insisted he doesn't know any Jun! Riley looked nervous as she hesitantly ask who wields the Metal Breath?

Blue Cop looked at her even more confused as he said the words Riley was dreading "You do." Riley groaned in dismay as Blue Cop watched on bewildered "Riley, are you okay?" he asked now very worried and agitated especially when he noticed she wasn't wearing the Metal Breath!

He started asking where it was? and put it on in case of a rogue cardbot showed up, Riley shook her head. "I don't think that's a good idea..." she said trying to leave, but Blue cop kept grilling her on why? Riley kept insisting she didn't feel like it. "What is going on with you today?! You're not acting right....You're not." Blue cop stares at Riley as she nervous inches toward the door.

Blue Cop spied the grey eyes Riley was trying to desperately hide under her glasses and something clicked in his head, he transformed into his bot form and glared down the person wearing his Riley's face. "Who the hell are you?" He demanded.

Riley looked at this world's Blue Cop he wasn't too different from hers except "Yer visor's teal." Riley said with a nervous chuckle, Blue Cop slammed his hand cracking the floor and growled, he wasn't playing around!

Riley did the dumb thing and bolted! She ran through the house and out the back sliding door, she passed by where the metal shed that housed the Crew forge back in her world instead it was now replaced with a rotted pile of wood.

Riley nervously looked back behind her and saw Blue Cop's vehicle form crash through the garage wall and driving after her!

Riley winces at the damage. "Sorry other me!" she mumbled before heading into wooded area behind the house knowing Blue Cop would have trouble driving through all that!

While she was running Riley heard a familiar horn and saw Fade zooming to catch up to her, the little ninja crew car must've been sleeping on her when Stellar (The dimensional hopping shuttle) accidentally dropped her here!

Thanks to that Riley was able to summon her belt which she used to access Fade's cloning, disguise and invisibility to make copies of herself while the real Riley disappeared out of sight.

This world's Blue Cop who saw this was baffled and came to a hard stop he looked around wildly before finally picking a clone to chase as Riley nervously watched on from the shadows..

Since Fade was a weapon/ability car they didn't have an armored form to give her, so it was best if she avoided direct contact with this world's cardbots until Stellar comes back! That's easier said than done!
