Where there any accidents related to Thomas shoe wheelies?

there are quite a lot, but here are some to name:

during his first test he nearly fell to the sea at brendam docks. luckily cranky was there and he was absolutely pissed

once a tiny pebble got stuck to the side rods and his wheels immediately stopped, making him launch forward to the pavement

tried ice skating once using his wheelies like the nerd he is. almost busted his lip

early versions of his wheelies had a hard time retracting back to the soles of his shoes, rendering him unable to walk normally for the rest of the day sometimes

though the accidents are from a long long time ago (back when he was relatively new at the sodor railways). now he’s a pro at using his wheelies. and the best part? it’s popular with the cool teens and he’s well-known for his weird funny shoes with wheels
