I remember reading that in a post you said Noriko copied Homura's shield but it doesn't have time travel

So it is a normal shield? Or does it remains it's properties of being capable to save any object inside of it like a pocket dimension? Or it has a new ability ?

So I will preface everything by saying Noriko's powers are of a different kind. The typical, gold Soul Gem'd Magical Girls? If they had weapon/ability copying powers, they could probably copy exactly. 1:1. A perfect replication. But Noriko is different, her powers come from a different source.

Think... all Magical Girls of Light are Windows PCs. Same codebase. But Noriko is a Magical Girl of Darkness... something dreaded; an Apple Macintosh. So, for her to use the same "program", it has to be rewritten in a way her magic can understand.

Homura's Shield as we understand it has a few abilities; Stopping time completely, reversing time, and storing objects in a null space. For Noriko, it does not have the ability to stop time, but allows Noriko to move in frozen time. She cannot reverse time. There are some weapons that came along with the shield in the copying process, but they too are formed in Darkness, so they look and sound a little weird.

Picture here is Homura's shield, Noriko's version of it, and a Darkness-ified Submachine gun, pulled from null space.

So tl;dr - Noriko's shield can allow her to move with Homura when time is stopped for everyone else, but she cannot stop time herself with it. It contains some of the weapons Homura's shield would have contained when it was copied by Noriko.

Answered! To reiterate, she does feel fear, it is a natural human reaction to something that looks/feels initially insurmountable. It is what she does with that fear that I think defines her. Fight or flight.

Hmm... Do you count the act of playing out how a fight would go in her head and it actually coming to pass as based on her understanding of strategy/human nature as "premonition"? Or do you mean something supernatural along the lines of Future Vision?

I would say she's more in line with accurate predicting than premonitions. There are only so many viable ways someone could react in battle if their weapon is blocked a certain way, so she assesses the situation and figures the probability that they would do x or y. It's not always accurate but its better than blindly anticipating.

Actually seeing the future, though? I think she would like to imagine the future she sees for the whole of the world as an accurate. Whether it actually happens is... debatable.
