Crotalaria agatiflora
This bush looks unassuming from a distance, but up close one can appreciate its amazing flowers. It has been given the common name “Canary Bird Bush” because of the way its flowers (particularly at the bud stage) look like birds connected to the stalk by their bills - see the upper flowers in the photo above. This plant is native to East Africa, and it belongs to the Pea Family (Fabaceae).
