hiiii! I'm getting my first tattoo july 1st and im super super excited idk what to do with myself. i cant believe im gonna be tatted up and im gonna be so cool everyones gonna wanna hang out with me becuase im so cool and wicked mysterious, because of my tattoo. but then theyll get closer, see its a basic ass joestar birthmark tattoo, and beat me with rocks and sticks and shoot me out of a cannon.

Check the tweet source of the NATO post it seems like the Tumblr misread it or something cuz that's not at all what the tweet says

The voting took place on a measure in the UN, but all UN members who are also a part of NATO abstained or voted against. NATO is not mentioned in the source tweet, the original poster on tumblr was just pointing out specifically the votes of NATO countries in the UN.
