"Drifters" on the Interwebz
My CNF piece, "Drifters", about some of my travel experiences as well as some of my mother's stories of her own travels, is now in the latest issue of Crunchable. The title of the issue is "Meandering", which I think is pretty great. Crunchable has been a neat little find for me. It's a lovely site that publishes teensy CNF pieces -- around 1000 - 1400 words or so. The editor, Michael Duck, was splendid to work with, and I'm already brainstorming about another piece that I might be able to send their way. In the meantime, you should check out the stories in "Meandering". As the introduction to the issue says, life rarely moves in a straight line. And who would want it to? Where would our stories come from, otherwise?
