every time i talk about hypermobility here im usually like “oh haha im so not flexible i can’t be hypermobile” but i fear i may have been mistaken because i can move my joints in ways i didn’t think were abnormal but have been told they are. like i can’t do a backbend or split but i can do whatever the fuck this is

but i also don’t know if this is actually normal help
