          So what she heard was true. Perhaps her little mishap wasn't entirely  a waste. Still, due to her own miscalculation she had ended up somewhere completely unknown to her. At first she had been upset, of course she was, she had taken some wrong turn somewhere and was completely diverted from her destination, but once she began to hear talk from the locals about a rather unique person... she started listening.           Every portal was connected to a place heavily impacted by someone with the powers of winter. It was only natural this kingdom held such a person. For it to be their Queen, however, was something intriguing. Winter people and normal people often times didn't.. mix. Therefor her next course of action was to observe, to witness what kind of ruler this person might be. She kept a fair distance, always in the shadows, ignored by those around her. Much less fuss that  way. And when she was in danger of being noticed, she quickly left. Nothing more than a passing shadow, a trick of the mind.           But one night when all was quiet, a small glow appeared at the window of the castle - which was surmised to belong to the Queens main chambers. A small layer of frost bloomed from where it touched the glass. Five little frosts, for there were five little fairies, each as curious as the other to look inside.
