Thinking about a Yan murderer!Motel owner who uses his victims in the breakfast bar... Can’t let the good meat go to waste, can he?

Now imagine a cannibal!reader, or maybe cryptid! Reader who immediately can tell that the meat he uses is not animal meat…and is hooked. You don’t tell him you know, just always showing up for the breakfast. When he asks, you laugh it off and just say that his meals are the best you’re had in a very long time.

You’re nothing but polite to him, how is he not supposed to fall for you? Daydreaming about you when he’s stuck dealing with rude customers, imaging what it would be like if you’d eat him instead of the dishes he makes—abruptly being interrupted by a screaming customer. He clenches his teeth and deals with it, all while thinking of you.

You’re so much taller than him, so much stronger… if you wanted to it wouldn’t be much effort on your part to take him. Even if you just wanted to eat him, he’d be okay with that! Anything you want <3

Maybe he even cuts his finger ‘on accident’, accidentally getting blood in the meal he made specifically for you! Watching you devour a piece of him, with that content look on your face…ugh, he just wants to keep you with him forever! Is that so bad?

ohhh I feel bad adding onto ur work load, but I'm starved of x reader content....Do you perhaps think a funny cryptid child would cause more chaos than this little normal thing (well somewhat normal, I saw that leaf in the most recent update...) I'm just saying, imagine the forsaken survivors having to deal with this rabid little child that runs at anything and bites anything; EATS anything...Rocks, wood, leaves off the ground, pizza's off the ground, suspiciously burger shaped hats- I don't know I thought this was dumb and silly!!

All of them are stressed as heck, what did you expect?

I tried making this little ankle biter child!reader cryptid as possible— Also, cryptid-child!reader's legs are hooves and their arms are claws if you are wondering. You clawed every survivors you see :) and you sometimes kick them with your hooves, though you always kick a vase, chairs, tables, heck even a poor couch. Or maybe even plate too because you're a menace >:] And yes, you use your leg to jump higher like the one with Elliot part as an example.

Edit: did you know that you have the tiniest ears? You didn't notice did you?

suddenly I'm thinking about dark!Simon as a forest ranger and being the cryptid he slowly befriends like a feral cat until he realizes that while his relationships with women never worked out because he's rotten inside and he could never conceal his darkness (and his urges) from them forever, being with a woman-creature is a whole different story

They don't exactly know what you are.

The two of them had just moved to this town, they had bought an old house [a very old house], and were working to fix it.

While in town they heard whispers and warnings about something.

A creature. A monster that lurked in the woods around the town.

At first they weren't all too concerned with these rumors, choosing to focus on their project.

That was until they heard it. Heard you.

You were caught in a trap.

You cried out in pain, despite knowing no human would help you.

It was shrill and desperate, crackling with the electricity that filled you.

footsteps, talking.

"What was that? Do you think someone is hurt?"

"I don't know. Came from over there i think."

Now two figures stood before you, shock painting their expressions.

You tried to pull back, to flee on instinct. But the trap still caught your leg.

So you bared your teeth, warning them that despite being hurt, being trapped, you would not allow yourself to be easy prey.

The shorter of the pair moved toward you slightly, the other pulling him back slightly.

"Be careful, Eddie."

"Hey," he said as he knelt next to you, "It's okay. We aren't gonna hurt you."

You let out a small noise, a low, crackling chirp, full of pain.

"Volt, get the first aid kit."

"Are we going to leave them out here?"

'Eddie' as the other had helpfully titled, turned to you.

"Good point." His arms slipped under you, lifting you with care to keep the trap from hurting you further.

You tried to protest, bare your teeth and growl, but it didn't seem to phase them.

"no." You tried to mimic the word as best as you could.

They looked at you in shock, but continued bringing you somewhere.

"We need to get the trap off," Eddie said as Volt opened the door to the house. "Get some towels too."

They were helping you. Why were they helping you?

Volt laid towels over the couch, which Eddie promptly placed you on.

"This is gonna suck, sorry."

It hurt. You cry, claws digging in to the towel beneath you, as the trap was set aside.

You were bleeding. You'd bled so much that the room was spinning a little.

Eddie was gentle with you, cleaning the wounds with something that stung, before wrapping them in gauze.

You knew it wasn't safe to be around humans.

But you were too weak to run.

And at least they didn't seem too bad.

Violence and blood tw This is the fastest and most dynamic thing I've drawn in literally years so pardon the quality lol But took a look through the CS swap tag as suggested and- CrY(N)ptid is goopy, you say? >w>

AHHHH YES! VERY GOOPY! Ohhh my gosh! The poor boys! I love the expressions and then how unsettling Y/N is post reveal, augh! The angst is just hitting just right!
