Some final bits as the Fanclub Convention wraps up...

Hello Crystal! Charming as ever. He's been coming in the last two years but not as a guest panel, maybe he'll do that next year and I'll see about getting a visa to actually come to that one, just to hear those outrageous stories coming out of his own mouth.

Spike was also there for his upcoming book, he had been promoting it for a while and now we see it's coming in 2025, considering there's only three months left in the year that's practically soon! ✅️

Last but not least Queen II boxset of which, I guess to be fair they never really said 2025 but their whole foreshadowing from last year ("exciting year for Queen!") had the very promising air that it would be. They've said it now that it'll be next year and that can mean either January or December so whatever, I'm not hanging on to that, it can come whenever and I hope the sweet sweet time they take working on it will make the results all the better on the technical side. And since the demo previews were for that upcoming box I can happily report I slept well last night (cause it means we're getting it eventually, it would've been a different story if they decided to play ANATO demo session because that was the album theme for everything this year 💀)

On a personal note that nobody cares about: while yes I am spending my leave days from the last two years for my new love Mission and my old love Sherlock (I'm seeing Simon Pegg and Andrew Scott at a con!!) I hope it won't be too hard to go out again next year, finances permitting (I have my Schengen visa for the next few years!). I still have the Budapest exhibition and Montreux tracks on my list, the only problem with Montreux is it's permanently always a month away from the Fanclub Convention which makes scheduling hard for both and I can't stay in Europe for a freaking month so I'll always have to pick one over the other. Anyone wants to sway me towards either one of them let me know, it's hard for me to do it myself. Until then I shall be working hard to earn my savings 😩💸

Is it just me who gets annoyed when fans immediately assume that Roger Taylor and Debbie Harry dated just because of one kiss? And btw the kiss looked like a joke and I don’t think Debbie was enjoying it to be honest. She was also in a relationship with Chris Stein at the time. I’m not sure if Roger was dating Dominique in February 1977 though so he may have been single. In addition, if they did date it would have been known to the public (probably) because they’re both in big bands. Plus Crystal said on Facebook that they didn’t hook up so 🤷‍♀️ and I believe him
