I really dig the Banpresto Crystalux line, and I have been waiting to see what they were going to do with Ariel before I dove in. I am so surprised how beautiful she is. Looks like she does not come out until September, but you can already preorder her on Ebay. See the official description below.

The first Crystalux figure, Disney’s Alice, is up for preorder!

I first learnt about this new Banpresto line through @mmdisney200 and I plan to keep an eye on it for the next characters - I have more Disney figures than I actually want because of the Q Posket and Q Posket Petit, thankyouverymuch, But if there’s a Rapunzel... I dunno, I dunno.

They seem to have a gimmick - inset eyes, or at least eye chips, thus the ‘crystal’ on the name of the line. I am so curious about how it looks in person that I am fighting myself not to buy this cutie (I have Figmas to pay for, dammit!). She’s adorable! A bit too doll-like, though, in the sense that maybe all the characters will look just like this... It works in the Q Posket style, but that’s a very simplified style. We’ll see.

I love that they included a size comparison with the Q Posket - it makes it much easier to understand her actual size, which is sometimes difficult for me just with the measurement number and a handy ruler :P
