Typo AU strikes again. Underfelt. And they're all felt. Like paper Mario but felt instead of paper. Do you see the vision

Keep thinking abt an atla au w/ Frisk in the place of Aang, the swap brothers in place of Katara and Sokka, Chara in place of Toph, and the fell brothers in place of Zuko and Iroh.
I haven't found a good spot for the tale brothers yet, but I'd love for uf Undyne to be in Azula's place. Maybe Rus and Sans could just be fellow air benders who got sealed in with Frisk? Caretakers traveling with them since they were so young? Idk...still much to mull
Woke up thinking abt an old au id thought up years ago and then never did anything with so why not make a post for it <3
So, undertale happens, monsters surface, humans are...a bit uncertain, but after a fair amount of discussions and agreements, humans don't make any demands that are too egregious and monsters are allowed to stay and build a settlement on the surface.
Except, throughout the process, it comes to light just why the humans are so hesitant: they never banished monsters underground.
I had a dream yesterday in which Mafiafell brothers (Boss and Snare if I remember correctly) they were actors undercover.
I'm writing to you about it here because I'm curious what you think about this idea. I know your story is a bit different but, what if?
So here is the dream in a nutshell.
On a daily basis they were known as famous actors from their city, but in reality they secretly ran a mafia that ruled a certain part of the city. When they were on various "trips" They wore masks so that no one would recognize them. In this dream I was sort of their manager and I had to make sure they showed up at all the events they agreed to. It was sometimes difficult because they would suddenly disappear without a trace (of course, for mafia business) but I didn't know that. The most annoying one was Papyrus because he disappeared most often and very neatly avoided answering the question "Where have you been?!". It might have been a bit of a romance in a way- BUT IF IT'S THAT BAD THEN LET'S FORGET ABOUT IT!
That's all. Thank you for your attention if you're reading this. Your blog is amazing and it inspires me so much! Thanks again if you're reading this!!! Have a nice day/night.
Okay okay okay mind is going a million miles per hour bc that's such??? An insanely neat concept??
First- ough, wait, thank you!!! That's so incredibly sweet of you to say and I'm so happy my silly ramblings n/or doodles could inspire someone ;; 💗🩵❕
But! The dream-idea! I wouldn't say it's impossible per se! It wouldn't make any sense as any sort of like "continuation" of my classic mf interp, but as its own thing, it would be a really interesting set up to explore!
Been a minute, but I found the note and finished it up a bit. These guys are still very new and subject to change as I get a better feel for them
Off brands
Okay, starting with the initial group mentioned: the three papyruses.
Castor (Fell Papyrus) - outwardly comes across cold and harsh, tends to keep to himself and avoids socializing, short temper for getting annoyed but pretty hard to genuinely piss off. Won't talk about his AU to anyone but Calcine, anything relating to his brother is a very sore spot.
7'2, for piercings, has a nasal ridge bar, one horizontal brow bone, and one teardrop, both on the left side. Has rings down each outer ledge of his scapula, sometimes laces ribbon through them. For "tattoos" (etchings w/ stain), he has stars scattered on the right side of his skull, oleander flowers on his left shoulder, and a bat across his inner sacrum where it meets the lumbar spine (possibly others, yet to be determined).
Has significant scarring, though maybe not as much as Edge. Candy apple red magic with hints of purple. Ringed eyelights that aren't prone to changing shape very often, but when extremely angry, pin dots appear in the center of the rings.
•
Calcine (Tale Papyrus) - outwardly comes across very similar to canon Papyrus, but almost like it's a stage role he’s forgetting the lines to. Slightly calmer and less whimsical/humorous, more prone to apparent anxiety, but tries very hard to act as "normal" (when compared to canon Papyrus) as possible. Won't discuss what wound him up here, but will happily talk about his AU prior. It sounds like...undertale.
6'5, the bones of his entire body up until his skull are burnt, permanently charred, but he makes no effort to hide this. Might have eyelights...? Sometimes it appears there is light coming from deeper within his skull but he makes an effort to prevent others from seeing this. Blue magic.
•
Anthias (Swap Papyrus) - outwardly seems a bit quiet and distracted, but otherwise generally friendly. Laid back and tries to keep calm no matter the situation, despite often times those around him being more prone to panicking and ignoring him. Will talk vaguely about his brother and a few others from his AU but not much else.
6'7, very similar appearance-wise to a standard swap Papyrus, though he has prominent freckles and blue magic. Typically tries to wear clothes to cover his body and the few scars he does have unless around others he's very comfortable with.
Their dynamics w/ each other ⬇️
What if I started a group called the off brands w/ versions of some of the guys w/ my more random hc? Like a fell Papyrus w/ piercings, swap Papyrus w/ blue magic, a tale Papyrus w/ burnt bones, etc etc etc
What's the concept?? 👀
Idek how exactly to explain it? But basically utmv main three (UT, UF, US) except they're based off of...colour? Mostly. I fully intend to sketch the concepts I've gotten for everyone once I'm done w/ these comms but here's what I've got so far (possibly subject to change since I wrote this down in an unexpected flashbang of inspiration)
Had a really strange idea for an au. It's sort of like a horror-au, except instead of starting off as a typical ut or uf and devolving due to circumstances, it's more innate.
I was thinking what started it had something to do with the core and the barrier, sort of like...monsters were never meant to be trapped in a magic enclosure, on top of what's essentially "magic radiation" that bleeds off of the core, monsters began to mutate over time.
I mostly thought about the brothers, Undyne, Grillby, and Asgore, but due to the gradual changes, their ways of life started to decay as well. By the time the seventh human would fall down, their once structured society would've broken down a lot. It's not a total free for all, but it's nothing organized even remotely efficiently. Undyne mostly only still obeys Asgore because he’s their best bet at freedom, while Sans and Papyrus are part of the "guard" to keep their own heads above water.
It's pretty fucked up and scary but also a little...silly? Idk, it's not as miserable as HF, I guess mostly just because that's how things are for them..? Hard to explain the tone I'm imagining, also haven't fleshed it out too much yet, still in its very early stages of conceptualization. Just thought I'd share bc Undyne is really big and scary and sort of amphibious? Like, she depends on water a lot more and she's messed up fr.
Papyrus is also massive but he’s friendly :*) he’s like hiii hi? Hello =<] though he miiight be a cannibal and Sans makes puns about that neither confirming nor denying it. He might also be a cannibal. He is also big but he acts purposefully scary. Asgore is like. Melting. He’s really fucked up rip divorce man ✌️😔
