Okay, I'm sure we've all had them; ideas about an OUAT mental hospital AU must be common, right?

So what were your ideas?

I'll start with mine. Pretty typical, everyone cursed, including Emma. To make it more difficult to break the curse, Killian ends up as Old Hook. After all, how could Emma believe she'd ever loved a crazy old man? Then Emma and Killian get their memories back, somehow, but Killian is still stuck in an old body and is Not Happy.

Annnnd the other thing I'm thinking about, which I blame ENTIRELY on @killian-whump ...

In a CS Waterworld AU where Killian is a merpeen, how would the scene where he's breathing for her by kissing her work?

He'd have a giant fish head. It wouldn't be good for kissing. Would he, like, have to swallow Emma's head or something so she could get air?

Also, that's like the ONLY scene I remember from the movie, so it would be the only thing I could write, so this is IMPORTANT.

...I really need to sleep. I have to be up at 4-freaking-am.

Okay, not quite, since Killian's kelpie form is a black paint, and a good chunk of his foreleg will be missing, since the wrist equivalent is at the pony's knee. But you get the idea.
