#csmpotd - fitspro . Ok y’all! Today is legit! When I started on Jan 9, THIS YEAR. I literally COULD NOT do a jumping jack, much less just stand around and snap a picture jumping in the air! So when today’s theme came, fitspro. I knew I wanted to do a jumping pic bc I’m proud! It hasn’t been an easy road, I’ve had ups and downs of programs, I’ve had to revamp my thinking, I’ve had days I could barely move. But knowing it is all working and being able to do the things I can now, compared to last year about this time when I was at my lowest point ever... I’m super proud!! Y’all! You can do this too! #csmpotd - get creative . Well yesterday, my hubby gave me the day off from all my normal life happenings! I got to do whatever I wanted allllll day, no kids, no worries! It was awesome! I went and got fitted for new tennis shoes! Andddddd I got creative, and got my nails done! They match my girls Christmas dresses. I haven’t had acrylics in so long, not sure how they’re gonna work when I’m using my weights... 🤦🏼‍♀️ lol!! But hey! They are cute and creative 😜 (at Knoxville, Tennessee)

#csmpotd - cardio time . Today happened to be cardio day too!! I wish I woulda gotten a pic of my new “trick” but I can now do a push up on a stability ball!! 💪🏻💪🏻 . This may not be my most favorite program but the strength I’ve gained is crazy!!! Even my core, it’s so much stronger!! I’m excited to get back to focusing on my nutrition a bit more though. That has been slacking... along with major cardio honestly!! It’s all been weights! Cardio Extreme, here I come, Monday!! 😁 🎉 (at Knoxville, Tennessee)

#csmpotd - advice . Today is advice. My biggest piece of advice to someone working on their weight? . DITCH THE SCALE! ❌ . I used to weigh in every day. I learned quickly, women especially, have random heavier days! We have so many things going on in our body that makes us fluctuate daily. . All those ups and downs play a mind game with you and since your mind is a MAJOR part of a healthy lifestyle, your mind has to be on point! . So ditching the scale is best! What I do when I start a new program: . 1. Write down my beginning weight 2. Take all my beginning measurements 3. Take before pics . Doing this at the beginning and only the end, helps your mind be free of whys and ifs during the program. You won’t be worried about your weight and therefore will probably do much better! . Try it!! It’s weird to think a little different but it does make the biggest difference ❤️ (at Knoxville, Tennessee)

#csmpotd - Weather . Today, I’m super grateful for the cooler temps!! We work out every morning in a friends garage and it was HOT this summer!! If you know me, I am not a fan of the heat... so I’m totally cool with the 37 degree mornings and bundling up a little! By the end of a good workout, we are sweating and that means we are getting in some GOOD workouts even in the cold!! 😅❄️😍 . Do you workout inside or outside?
