Unless that is coming from an official source, I'm going to go ahead and assume that's a rumor coming from the same people who think that Connor is bigger/better than HR and that he doesn't want to be a part of the show anymore and they're delighting in the idea of him spending less time on set.
I really wonder how much of connor’s snl emmy predictions are legit and how much of it is sensationalizing it :/ I was taking it seriously until I saw some “experts” coin him for a win and now I’m not so sure :/ but it seems like a lot of people changed their tune in the past week and in the gold derby article it mentions how it can be in honor of not being able to be nominated for the emmys which i think was a brilliant fyc campaign by his team when variety pushed all those articles. (tangent but i also wonder why everyone seems to forget the international emmys exist. and as a hudson fan as well i ALSO wonder why he’s constantly kept put of the emmy conversation)
I think that his team is putting in the work (specifically with Variety) but there is almost no chance that anyone but Rob Reiner is winning that award
I'm pretty sure that he and his team are realistic enough to know that he isn't winning it but being able to put "Emmy nominated actor" before his name is probably the desired result

So fun fact, productions don’t submit info to production weekly. It’s usually pretty accurate but it’s all info they get through word of mouth (from reliable industry sources!!) but a lot of the times dates are off and that’s bc production calendars change all the time and a lot of the time that’s internal (to accommodate actors, locations, etc)
Please likely has already started since people outright saw Connor filming and it would only make sense. I assume since Gracie had the wedding they scheduled around her and I assume since she’s the main character connor isn’t filming bc his scenes are prob with her….
Fans on Twitter don’t really get how shooting works so as soon as someone isn’t in the place they’re supposed to be they assume everything has changed when it’s likely they’re shooting scenes without those actors
