My weigh in day technically isn’t until tomorrow but I couldn’t stand it anymore and got on the scale. I’m almost EIGHT full pounds down from where I’ve started. In TWO weeks. That’s crazy!!!! And it just inspires me to keep going, and stay on track.
Keep in mind even though I got off track THREE times this last week, I still dropped weight. I probably would’ve lost even more if I didn’t make a conscious choice to put foods loaded in carbs and fat into my body. The only thing is though, even after eating bad, I always got back on track immediately. In previous attempts to lose weight, I would get off track and be like “well can’t start again until tomorrow” or “well next week is a new week.” It’s almost like I ALWAYS had an excuse.
I’m done making excuses. This photo just proves that with a strong mind game, slowly but surely, you will reach results. 💪🏼
Stay strong, and drink your water guys.
I’ve done really well as far as eating today goes.
I had a kind protein bar for breakfast, and a hamburger mushroom mix burger for dinner topped with onions, tomatoes, pickles, and spinach. And about half a bag of popcorn for a snack. I missed lunch because I was out of town grocery shopping, and it was too late by the time I got back, so I just ended up starting dinner. 🤷🏼♀️
Also, I SERIOUSLY want a piece of the chocolate cake that is just sitting on the counter asking to be eaten.... I keep having to tell myself that I can’t get off track after such a good day of eating well.
The struggle is most definitely real 😓
