A Lion from another World - antecedents

Today Simba was alone and as he didn't want to waste time with doing nothing, he went to explore the jungle. When he reached its edge that touched the desert, he stopped. He just stared into the distance for long minutes, thinking about his home. He could go back, but he knew he was not allowed to.

It had been a while since he was saved by Timon and Pumbaa. The cub started to like his life here, and felt that he had found a true friend in them. Yet, on the other hand he still missed the Pride Lands, his father, his mother, his friends - his family.

As if trying to get rid of his thoughts, he shook his head and he turned around to go back, turning his back on his past once again. He didn't realized first that a big lion - who knows since when - had already been standing behind him.
