World according to Gusto is such an interesting episode!
The premise is that Gusto sees Cubbi being gently adamonished by Gruffi and Grammi about breaking rules, and Gusto is like: "Kid, a Gummi Bear shouldn't be limited by rules! It's about being free spirit!" So Grammi gets the idea for Cubbi to have a sleepover at Gusto's place. And Gusto is like: "Sure, that will be fine!" At first he's all laid-back and "there are no rules here, man!", but slowly Cubbi gets tiresome and disastrous, and Gusto starts to enforce rules.
It also culminates with him saying: "This time Grampy Gruffi may be right." Gusto is supposed to be a free spirit, still part of the community (since he often participates in talks about various issues), but living on his own and liking his freedom "without rules". But Cubbi's presence disturbs this freedom and makes Gusto realize that some rules have to be enforced so the cohabitation could be more bearable.
Either way, I often think about this episode.
