So, one night after a few cocktails I thought it would be a good idea to bid on some auctions in honor of Rupert Graves birthday The proceeds went to Safe Passage helping refugee children. It turned out to be a brilliant idea! I won! In the spirit of how caring and sharing our fandom is, I decided to make my win go the extra mile and make it into more than just something for me, to make it into something for all of us.  I won fanart from cuchabra. They were kind enough to do art for one of my favorite mydwynter stories. Kintsugi (Broken)  and if I'm being honest here, I found it through aranel_parmadil's lovely podfic Read the story, listen to the story. Admire the art. I know I am. Daffodils are my personal sign that I’ve made it through another Winter and longer, warmer, brighter days are coming. I’m already looking forward to seeing them appear over the next few weeks. As a long time Travis fan I’ve always thought Flowers In The Window was a perfect Mystrade song. The opportunity to combine the two was too good to resist.
