Story Time: Cuddlewaters (working title)

Wilson Z. Saab is the director of the Department of Science and Technology for a company called “Scya.” He finds out that some of the people he works with are selling unfinished products and setting him up as the scapegoat for when the productive inevitably fail. Wilson’s method of resolving this? He sets the lab on fire, taking all his current projects with him as he flees to his private compound to plot REVENGE.

Wilson’s story is about a group of people coming together to be their world’s first real super villains. While Scya and other companies start to fund/produce super heroes to defend themselves from the threat. Even though he doesn’t know it, Wilson and his family start a chain of events that brings about an age of super heroics.

lol WELL I was doing a thread with Rob where Donny would save him from some other Kings who were beating him up, so NATURALLY we needed an asshole leader of the bullies, so I decided his name was Andy and he was a jerk and that was pretty much his only defining character trait and I didn’t expect him to have any relevance outside of that one thread

BUT people liked him for some reason and I sort of jokingly exclaimed that his face claim was Evan Peters and he got brought back in a few more threads and ALL OF A SUDDEN ANDY WAS A THING

(Would you say that any of your characters are interested in the world outside their home town? If they had the chance to travel to another country for whatever reason, would they take it or stay at home?)

Rolls has and did travel from his home town in Shady Sands, but less out of a necessity to travel, but rather a disconnect with the NCR and the way they governed themselves and others. He’s actually quite happy in Freeside, albeit mildly put off by the violence and crime. K on the other hand wants nary to do with anything outside of Freeside, the farther he’s traveled since getting here is about as far as Westside.

K has an interest in one country really, that’s Japan. That’s only given that it’s a part of his heritage and he can’t deny that he’s interested in just what that entails, outside of the jaded, biased and completely out of date reference that they have in the states.

Rolls however, like I assume of most wastelanders probably has zero interests in other countries and continents given the lack of information about them flowing in since most countries have zero contact with each other anymore.

(If K somehow gained enough power to take over the Strip, would he use it or would he do something else with that power?)

He probably would, in the name of the Kings, and then immediately hand full control over to the King. He wouldn’t really trust himself with that kind of power, he tries his hardest to pretend they’re not there, but he’s well aware of his flaws and wouldn’t trust himself to sufficiently run it in a way that didn’t end up making him just as shitty of a person as a Nero or a Benny, but he has full confidence in the King to not only rule benevolently, but on a broader scale. 

So he’d basically conquer it in the name of somebody else. A Darth Vader if you will.

K was supposed to be offputting to people, but for some reason this surly nerd just attracts people.

I really hadn’t expected him, nor bradley for that matter to be my more popular characters. Glad to know that the community can appreciate annoying, immature nerds.

I had expected him to be Donny’s big brother figure, but the other people he became brotherly figures to came out of left field.I don’t know why anybody would want this guy as their social link, but to each their own.

☢ Are there any ships that you would like to write for one day? Any that you wouldn’t?

Ships are something that I’m incredibly picky with,especially with a character like Ursula. There hasto be chemistry, there has to be potential for actualdevelopment and not something that gets them caught in the same position for ages.

In all of Ursula’s adult verses she does have a ship, but only one.

As for ships that I really don’t want to write, well,male characters. I mean she IS gay as hell.

It’s pretty fucking ironic for me to pass this judgment down on somebody, but there’s a pretty fucking special place in hell reserved for a man that leaves a pregnant woman alone to fend for herself in a shithole wasteland.

If you’re not dead I sure hope you never find Freeside, because you will be you son of a bitch.

Do they prefer romance or affection? What is the quickest way to your character’s heart?

Well, she’s a pretty big fan of both really. She definitely doesn’t need to be romantically involved with someone to be affectionate with them, though, and she’s a person who highly values all sorts of relationships. Friends are just as important as lovers, and lovers should always be friends.

Willie starts out pretty loving to everyone unless they’ve done something to prove they don’t deserve it, so it’s not exactly hard. She likes people who are selfless and kind, and people she can have long conversations with.
