I have totally used y'all and y'all'd've. It's so convenient. It's gender neutral, and plural, and easy! Even though I'm from the south, I don't normally say a lot of southern slang. But y'all is fantastic.
I'm fairly familiar with y'all. I know its pretty wide spread and used throughout the southern US. I'd just never heard of the additional contractions of it. :P
