there was some relief in seeing who was to come directly after maxie, knowing that archie lived for this nonsense. it was presumably all due to his conditioning as hoenn tv’s head, and working for aqua, but as archie slipped to the front stage, sakaki’s smile was relaxed. this was practically already in the bag.
