Cupone
The Cupiosexual Pokémon An asexual Pokemon. Cupone lost its mother shortly after birth. It wears the skull of its mother, never revealing its face to anyone. To this day no one has seen what Cupone’s face looks like. When Cupone is sad or lonely it cries loudly. The mournful sound that escapes it causes the skull to shake. It is believed the stains on the skull are the tears it has cried. It pines for its mother and the special mother-child relationship. Some believe that when Cupone comes to terms with its mother’s passing it will evolve. This is sadly not true for all Cupones, as many continue to mourn throughout their lives. It is not determined, however, if that desire has any impact on its sexuality. It is quite possible that it is so for some Cupones, though not necessarily all. Cupiosexual Pokemon do not experience sexual attraction but still desire that intimate relationship. Each Cupone has its own reason for feeling that particular way and, similarly, may identify as any romantic orientation. It is possible that some Cupones desire that kind of relationship because they wish to feel close with someone, having spent the majority of their lives alone. Some Cupones may also desire a sexual relationship for any number of reasons despite not feeling sexual attraction. It is up to each individual Cupone how they relate to their label. Cupones are to be protected for a number of reasons: they need someone to do that for them; they have difficulties fending for themselves; their cries attract many predators; they have been looked down on or referred to as hypocrites. It is extremely important to reassure Cupone that they are fine as they are and there is nothing wrong with them, as should be stated to any other Pokemon. Cupone are very impressionable Pokemon; it is imperative not only to never put them down, but also to not touch their skull without permission. Nor is it wise to mistake Cupone for weak; if or when it evolves, Cupone is quite the formidable opponent.
