Happy Pride and Pokemon GO Fest! 🏳️🌈
Every June, we bake up Pokemon desserts based on different pride flags, and Zamazenta with the pansexuality pride flags was too perfect - especially since we did Zacian and the transgender flag last year!
Pansexuality refers to folks who are attracted towards people of all genders, regardless of their gender identity. ❤️💛💙 This can overlap with bisexuality, which refers to being attracted to more than one gender, or people of your own gender and different genders. ❤️💜💙
Both cakes were made by mixing up a cake "paste" of butter, powdered sugar, egg whites, and flour (recipe by howtocookthat) which we dyed in different colours and used to trace our design, as seen in the photos. We then poured vanilla sponge cake batter by thesqueakymixer over Zamazenta, baked it, and flipped it to reveal the design! The filling is a simple whipped cream. 🍰

one more day 'till pride month is over! the prompt for today was 'design a pokemon of your own flag'. im bisexual (and ace but that is not relevant now) and my favorite animal is a wolf so i made a pokemon based off of a wolf with the colors of the bisexual flag. i dont actually know that much about pokemon so i was kinda stressing about what i was gonna do for today, but it actually came together very quickly! i just kinda sketched a wolf in a cool position and then looked at what type would fit the bisexual flag and i eventually landed on the ghost type. i dont really have a name (because im horrible at names lmao), so if you have any suggestions, feel free to comment them.
