Bucky doesn't like the way Steve treats Tony. He's told Tony that and all Tony does is tell him that he's seeing things, hearing things.
Bucky doesn't think, he knows that he can treat Tony better and not only will he do anything to prove it, he will make the oblivious Tony see the true side of Steve and what he's been doing all along.
Bucky is in love with Tony and he knows that Steve knows. He also knows that Steve doesn't give a shit because tony will never leave him. What Steve doesn't know is that Bucky is great at convincing people when he tries hard enough and for Tony oh boy will he try.
