One pattern I've noticed about myself is that I always have a minor fixation on a male character that (always) happens to be an alcoholic.

Their source material doesn't even have to be good, its just a sad looking man who is a father/friend/parental/older brother figure who also happens to be an alcoholic.

It might be that I'm a sad masc lesbian who is somehow fighting off the family addiction of cigarettes and whiskey. But it's always the sad looking kind-of dads who turn to drinking because expressing their emotions in a healthy way is scary.

‘oh hey, i got the prompt flowing blood for Nie Huaisang! i wonder what i’m gonna be writing for this one!’

so currently it’s about Nie Huaisang feeling incredibly at home with the dead, more than with living people, and oh, i might actually have to add a bit about how he probably prefers them, much less messy without blood gushing all over the place. the only living person he feels a connection to is a guy who is actively about to get killed and huh, maybe that says something about Huaisang but oh well! too busy finishing his revenge, no time for introspection, moving on!

Forgot to mention I watched Hamilton a few days ago. I loved it, it’s now in my top 5 favorite musicals. But I could do without randomly getting songs stuck in my head every few hours, lol.
