I’m guessing most of the people who read the Z-topic I have selected, are scratching their heads while looking at the word TZADDIK. To be perfectly honest, I, someone who knows what this word means and where it derives from too, am scratching my head, feeling quite amazed, because I had no idea it could be considered an English word. Yet, lo and behold, there it was, in my Z-word lists, one that…

When America says it wants peace in every country, it means piece of every country.
No one cares
if you’re gay why do you have to try and make it so obvious? Is this whats happening in society now?. Everything is a trend. So hard to filter out ingenuine people, they will do anything aslong as it will benefit their status in some way. We’ve even started feeling superior than others when it comes to which tragedies we sensitize to. As though tragedies are comparable?. “the people killed in france is happening everyday in our countries”. The most utter bullshit, people don’t care about anything. They don’t care if people are dying, it’s all figures. Comparing death tolls too determine whos tragedy was worse. Humans are fucking self absorbed! How many people do you think actually give a shit and genuinely feel bad about the tragedies, death and opression that exists. Do they feel sad as though they have suffered or are they just trying to show people they care. I see that shit happening all the time, people trying hard to show the world that they care, trying to show people what they are. All this worrying about being seen a certain way has drove us into a dark place. It’s become more important to be seen a certain way than to be. It’s as though were plagued by acceptance, and along the way of finding this acceptance we lose ourselves. We’re willing to fake emotion, character morals and principle. Inside we’re all dead, we don’t feel. You will see kids taking selfies at their parents funerals one day all in the attempts to be noticed, seen and thought about. Brainless generation, fuelled by instagram likes and retweets. And the worst part is that one person out of all these self absorbed, brainless and heartless people will end up running our countries. We all know how well they can act infront of camera, we see politicians doing it all the time. That’s why we have international and domestic laws that aren’t geared towards human flourishment rather control. The people at the top don’t care. If you gain even a bit of power you let it control you. Why is it so different for the ones in charge. We need more genuine people.People willing to make a difference behind the scenes not only when the cameras are on!
our fucked up school system
Principle: what did you learn in school?
me: how to pass weekly standardized tests and get the school more funding.
Principle: SHUT IT DOWN!!! *stops graduation rehearsal*
me: *gets thrown into van and has diploma handed to me*
Principle: only sheep get to walk the stage.
*at graduation*
principle: so what did you learn at school?
other students: *reads teleprompter* how to study hard and keep my grades up.
*society claps* *school board claps* *Government nods their heads in approval* *corrupt education system clanks wine glasses*
If you didn't know, currently in the state of Paraná, Brazil, there have been a few protests going on. The state is trying to take away the benefits of public workers, making the money that was supposed to go to them go straight into the state’s '’funding’’. In other words, they want to take money straight out of our already poor public education system to put into the state’s financial funds. The protests have gone smoothly, pacific from both sides, until yesterday (April 29th), when our governor decided to bring 1500 military policemen (every policemen available in our capital) to detain the movement in Curitiba, fearing that the unarmed protesters would invade the assembly. There are approximately 200-300 hurt by rubber bullets/gas bombs thrown too near the protesters, rumors of deaths even. Most of those harmed being unarmed teachers. They had to evacuate schools in the area where they occurred because the amount of tear gas was invading the buildings. 7/10 of my professors were hurt today, two of those not even being able to attend classes. There has been very little coverage of the subject on national news and the harmed protester’s offenders will most likely go unpunished for their actions. I’m making this post because I don’t want this to go unknown, or simply forgotten. People have the right know what’s going on around the world. Our state is currently in mourning for our education.
