Vegan Currywurst

RECIPE: Sausages: -1/2 cup (100g) chickpeas -2 Tbsp each soy sauce, tomato paste, oil -1 Tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, paprika -1/2 Cup (120ml) water -1 1/3 Cup (180g) vital wheat gluten

BLEND 2-3mins/SHAPE 8 sausages/WRAP thighs with parchment paper and seal with floss/STEAM 30mins/FRY in oil until golden brown

Sauce: -1 onion -2 cloves garlic -1 Chili

FRY in oil

-2 cups (500ml) tomato sauce -2 Tbsp agave or maple syrup -3 Tbsp vinegar -1 Tbsp curry powder -1 Tsp paprika -1 Tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce -salt to taste

SIMMER 5-10mins/OPTIONALLY blend until smooth
