Do complex puzzles intrigue or frustrate them?

In canon he tends to be the one solving the puzzles actually but like I think he can sometimes grow a little frustrated but he sure tries to make sure that he finishes that puzzle!!

What would they consider a waste of time– other than school or work?

I don't think he finds either of those a waste of time really! But what he would consider a waste of time is something you hate but keep investing time on, yet gaining nothing of value (not material things necessarily but like ...anything?) - enjoyment is also something of value.

Do they like being called pet names? Do they call other people pet names? What’s their go-to?

Depends on the nickname lol but yeah sure he likes it - but might be more neutral to it if there's no important meaning in there. Of course sometimes that meaning is just that important person's using the name hehe

Uhh, doesn't use nick names that much unless it's something others too. Occasionally for friends, especially if he's being cheeky.

What would they do if they knew it would be forgiven?

Probably just something slightly mishievous and maybe even affectionate! (nothing weird tho i need to add kfkgg)
