Still trying to figure out my au designs for Skylanders I swear. I just keep procrastinating and starting over at points.

These are a lil messy but I'm happy with these designs so far. I'm gonna try posting designs in groups of four.

It's probably also a stretch but... I wanted to try making some custom elements for fun. They're probably unnecessary and tied to existing elements so far... But I think it'd be neat to have a couple of funny and whimsical elements that really play off of the imagination that naturally Oozes from the realm of Skylands

Making some concepts for Feast and Dream element skylanders for Spyro's adventure

Might redraw my Light and Dark concepts later too

I at least want some good basic art references to finally stick to so I can start making my way through other games

imagine an adventure pack where the hydra returns but this time with a full set of 8/10 heads

not sure what to say for the other half of the spells, though i was thinking of taking the first variation of the fire spell and making it the air spell with lightning strikes

I guess for fun... These are my picks for different Elemental spells. If the Hydra came back with an evolved number of heads.

Magic: Rain of stars/comets

Tech: Electric floor patterns

Fire: Trails of fire

Water: Doom sharks

Life: Wild thorn roots with red bulb weak points

Undead: Undead minion rush

Air: A big tornado chasing you

Earth: Massive boulders bouncing across the field

Light: spinning lasers (originally the undead spell)

Dark: A black hole that pulls you in towards the center, occasionally releasing pulse rings to jump over

Dream: Clouds of dreamy mist that expand before exploding

Feast: A syrup covered floor to slow you down as massive waffles roll across the field in patterns

Are you willing to take suggestions for Skylanders for your new elements

So far I only have ideas for dragons and one other dream character based on a Cut Skylander from the first game

But ye I'm open to suggestions

Feast is the element of living food, born from how cooking became more and more like a form of magic itself. Most Skylanders in this element are themed of baked goods, pastas or grilled meats. Basically any food that doesn't naturally grow on trees or something. While they can still use fruits and vegetables... Fruits, veggies and honey can still easily fall under Life. Likewise I still intend on keeping Pepper Jack as a Fire type. Maybe I'll make Pain-yatta the Feast Doom Raider since he was put in a major/Doom Raider role in the comics and Ring of Heroes.

The Dream element is the element of Imagination and the mind. So characters in this element can be themed around dreams, nightmares, emotions or even psychic abilities. So I actually intend on moving Blaster Mind to this element. It has a "which came first, Magic or Imagination" debate between scholars in Skylands in my au. Because the ancients had strong imaginations, but it was the abundant magic in the aether of the universe that allowed them to bring life to their ideas in the first place.
