Kakashi's lovers reaction to him telling them he's pregnant? ( if you want to add Anko abd Shizune, then Kakashi's reaction to them telling him THEIR pregnant? )

Anko

When Anko tells him the news, Kakashi's unsure at first. He has never really put much thought into being a parent, and considering how his father ended up he's not the most confident that he'll be a good parent.

But he's supportive. When Anko says she wants to keep the baby, he's there by her side. Refusing to let her be alone and doing what he can to learn to be a good dad.

As time goes on, he finds himself getting excited. He still has his fears and doubts of course, but the thought of being a dad. Of having a little family of his own with Anko? That makes him happy. He can't wait to have that life.

Shizune

Shizune's a lot more timid and afraid when she tells Kakashi. Not because she think's he'll be mad or leave her, but because she never really put much thought into being a mother. There was always so much for her to do and look after that she never had time to think about starting a family of her own.

Noticing this, Kakashi pushes back his own fears and doubts for the moment and focuses on Shizune. Tells her that this is something they can work through together, and if this is something she chooses she wants he'll be by her side throughout the whole thing.

He'll have his little moment of freak out when he's alone, but for the time being Shizune needs him and he's going to do what he can to be there for her and help her through everything. Assuring her that they'll be good parents (even if he has his doubts about his abilities as a parent) and talking about what an amazing kid they're sure to have.

Gai

Gai has been talking about starting a family. He adores his little found family of course, and he wants them to have a little sibling to teach and play with. the thought of being a dad fills him with excitement, and the two of them have been talking about it for a while.

So it's completely planned on Kakashi's part when he gets pregnant, but that doesn't stop him from freaking out and worrying about what kind of dad he'll be. He knows without a doubt that Gai will be great. He'll love their child endlessly and he'll always know what to do (spoiler: he doesn't. poor boy has no idea how to change a diaper) but Kakashi? He's not so sure about himself. His father died when he was five and after all these years he doesn't remember much about what he did when he was home.

When he finally gets up the courage to tell Gai, he gets the reaction he expects. Gai is excited and brimming with Joy. He can't wait to be a dad. At the same time, though, he recognizes that Kakashi's still a little iffy about it and He's more than willing to assure his husband that they'll both be great dads. they'll be together, and their child will know the love of both parents without question.

Iruka

This is an excited dad to be. He can't wait to hold his little one, and he's absolutely already planning on all of the things that they're going to need. This child is going to have everything they need and more.

He does notice Kakashi's discomfort with the whol;e 'being pregnant' thing right away, and he's already planning to find the biggest hoodies he can and get his scent all over them before giving them to Kakashi to wear. Plus he's going to do everything he can to make sure Kakashi doesn't have to go outside when he's not feeling it because of dysphoria.

but he can't hide how excited he is. Being a dad is a dream for him and the only thing he's worried about is Naruto trying to teach his child bad habits.
