convergence II: ella’s mystery was the fifth out of the six spyretverse books, and added a new backstory to the titular character. ella’s wondering where she came from, and she’s determined to find out no matter the cost—but worries it will drive her away from her new friends.

if i’m correct to assume you mean ella (love you so much) then this question is very interesting

at any point in the story she’s still a child, and until cvg2 she had no connection to her parents at all. other than a green/brown jacket (changes color between stories for symbolism) she’d had since she arrived at the orphanage. but in cvg2 she gets a gold oval pendant that has B + W carved into it. she wears this in every book afterwards
