I think Herm has a very low tolerance and he can't smoke without coughing up a bunch of water, so start him off with some light edibles, maybe even give him only half of a gummy to start.

He will throw up some water here or here, but he's just giggling the whole time.

Never try to push him away when he's like this, he gets really clingy and will cry if he can't hold you/be held. In fact you could completely pretend that he isn't there, just let him hold you like you're his teddy bear and he's happy.

He will be saying he thinks he needs another bite after ten minutes, which is why he needs someone watching him. He will try to eat another piece if he is not stopped.

He keeps saying how he thinks he pissed himself, but you have to be the one to remind him that it's just his powers before he starts crying over the wet pants.

If he feels confident enough to be naked around you, he will try to take off his clothes every time he gets high with you. Nothing sexual, he just complains about how annoying clothes feel on his wet skin.

He will either get extra wet, or somehow feel relaxed enough to start drying off from lack of anxiety effecting his powers.

He will constantly be asking to make out with you with the most half lidded and red eyes.
