It's officially halloween where I live so..... FLUFF or FEELS??? :D

ok so ive decided im gonna do book quotes again, cause i love going through the books and find obscure quotes that i love (because like with any fandom we see the same ones over and over and over and OVER)

so ill be doing one sentence fluff or feels quotes from the series =)

A small fic in which there is a smile 

Today’s a good day, not quite capital G good day, but one where things just…ain’t so bad for the day. One of the ones where New World kinda seems to be gettin’ itself back together again. 

The best thing tho, the best thing is Viola’s smile. 

It’s like…well if you, okay. Okay. Here’s what Viola’s smile is like:

Imagine all the bad thing that have happened to you, imagine yer scared and lonely and it’s like yer just trapped in the dark and there ain’t nothing you can do to stop it. 

Then imagine a light. It’s the brightest, purest light you’ve ever seen, and it’s like a weight has been lifted from yer shoulders and it makes you so happy it’s almost embarrassing, yer almost ashamed because how can you be worthy of it? But it’s okay. It’s okay. Just for a little while everything’s good. 

That’s Viola’s smile. 

She catches me looking at her, or hears it in my Noise I guess and I go bright red (shut up) and have to look away fer a moment but that don’t help none cuz my Noise is just buzzin her name all over the place. 

"We should-I should uh-sheep." 

(Shut up okay. Just shut yer mouth.)

"Yeah." 

I look again and she’s still smiling and fer a moment I love her so damn much I’m not even sure if I can stand it but then I’m smiling an all an fer a moment the two of us just stand there smiling like goofs with my Noise spilling embarrassingly loud happiness all over the place. 

And I’m wondering if it ain’t a capital G Good day after all.
