What might have happened to force-sensitive children if Omega had never appeared on Tantis?

In Sum, I have these thoughts. Imagine that for some reason, Bad Bath avoids meeting Hemlock, or Croshair joins them in the first season, or in the second season, episode 14, they decide to hide and don't rescue Croshair, or Cid doesn't betray them. The point is that work on the Necromancer project continues.

Probably, more and more force-sensitive children will be found on Tantis. Knowing Hemlock, he'll probably want to use the children in the vault for other projects. And an idea occurred to me. Has anyone here played StarCraft and is familiar with a unit called ghosts? They were assassins with psionic abilities. Now imagine that Hemlock decides to combine the CX assassin program with the force-sensitive children in the vault and transforms selected children into assassins.

Of course, this would be quite dangerous, but with the right manipulation, it could work. Becoming an agent could be a reward for exceptional obedience. Imagine an older Eve, Jax, or Sami as Hemlock's killer. Alternatively, it could be the canonical version of the Emperor's Hands.

As a side note, I know treating the children as specimens was meant to show the empire's lack of morality, but it's a bit foolish that Hemlock didn't resort to a bit of lying and manipulation. For example, lie to the children in the vault that they have a serious illness or that this will improve their families' lives—anything that might encourage obedience. It's even more foolish considering that these children will eventually grow up.

His name will be revealed several other chapters after this one! Getting to know this character before we name him...

CX wandered the streets of Mos Eisley... 

His brain in a fog... 

He rounded a corner and stopped. 

Why am I here?  

CX shook his head, clearing the cobwebs, then glanced around. 

He had entered an alleyway. 

WHY??? 

The ONLY thing he remembered was stopping...for SOME strange reason...the rest of it lost to him now...on this ass crack of a planet to TOP OFF his ship. 

He still had just enough fuel to make it to Tantiss. 

WHAT possessed him to land on THIS planet?  Or...land AT ALL? 

WHY did I walk away from my ship? 

CX rubbed his head, hoping to clear it. 

THE ASSET!   

He left the Force Sensitive teenager unattended!!! 

DANK FERRIK!!!  Maul Sith Mind-Fucked ME!!!

CX immediately spun around to sprint back to his ship... 

And ran smack dab into the chest of a BIG ugly Gamorrean! 

He wasn’t alone, a small group of thugs slinked in behind the leader of the group. 

CX grabbed his blaster... 

And was tazed! 

The Trooper Shook from the high electrical current, then dropped to the ground dazed but aware.  He weakly attempted to get back up off the ground, but was no match for the numbers of Mos Eisley’s most retched scum... 

They beat him, stole his weapons and armor... 

Then left the CX Trooper for dead. 

A warm wetness... 

Something slimy across his face... 

Smelled like DOG. 

The Trooper could BARELY open his swollen eyes.  A black nose took up his whole view, with an occasional tongue lapping at the blood on his broken face. 

He managed to feebly push away the pest.  Broken fingers aching as he did so. 

THAT DOG...

The one belonging to the Force Sensitive teen, tripped over her dislocated leg, falling down onto the sand. 

She yipped in annoyance but sat watching the man. 

PAIN EVERYWHERE...all over his body... 

ESPECIALLY his head. 

The man reached up to feel his face.  Swollen, dried blood, dirt...nose still intact, he could taste blood, feel bruising... 

He carefully slid a hand up to the sides of his head.  The right side EXTREMELY painful with a large blood caked knot.  The rest of his head in differing stages of swollen bruises. 

The dog wagged her tail and whined. 

As he became more aware of the rest of his body, the man continued to take inventory of his injuries: Broken left leg, painful crotch...must’ve taken a few kicks there, dislocated thumb on his other hand, assorted cuts and bruises on the rest. 

Lucky to still be alive. 

Especially in the hot, dry climate of a desert planet.  Where EVERYTHING left out in the open dies and dries out.  The blistering sun filtered down into the semi-shaded alleyway. 

Armor and weapons gone...only clad had his torn blacks. 

They EVEN stole his boots. 

“Thugs generally make sure they finish the job...” The man mused out loud. 

He eyed the dog.   

She sensed his query and her skin RIPPLED...as her coat shifted and disappeared out of sight... 

EXCEPT FOR HER AMBER EYES. 

Then she grinned like dogs do...her teeth caked in blood and flesh. 

Only eyes, teeth, and long blood-stained tongue visible. 

“Gave ‘em one helluva go, eh girl?” 

She sneezed and uncloaked.  A fully visible bloody disheveled dog sat next to the man. 

The mutt got up and nudged something towards him... 

A bottle of clean moisture farmed water. 

“Stole it?” The man croaked to the dog. 

She wagged her tail proudly. 

“Why are you staying?”  He mused.  “Should have left me for dead too.” 

The mutt whined shrilly. 

“Heh...looks like we’re BOTH stuck on this shit stain of a planet.” 

The man picked up the water and made a toast to the dog. 

“Partners in misery...eh?” 

The dog barked and wagged her tail gleefully.
