October 13th, 2006.
Charlie K. Is the newest kid in town. from living in Toronto Canada, all the way to shitty, small town Green river, Vermont. He didnt want to move here. He wouldve much rathered to stay in the familiar city lights amd a community that was somewhat welcoming, but there was some fair factors he couldnt argue with. His mother wanted to get awah from his father, they were tight on money, and the city nearby Green River has a research clinic, in which his sibiling, Darth Schlorpo--sorry--'Dominic Soren' was reccomended to go to.
Of course, it was hell. A small, religious and conservative small town that broke into fits at the sight of two men kissing. But its fine. It was Charlie's last year of high-school anyways, it's not like anyone would even notice him.
Yeah right.
Turns out Brandon 'Bundun' Lau and Jonny 'Dickhead' RaZeR had different plans for him. Bundun wanted him to join the recluses, which, sure, he wouldnt mind! He would love to join fuckin'...Bundun and Pear...classic pair of freaks.
Jonny really helped with the outcast feeling, getting shoved in the hallway and getting called any name that could reside within the same land of "faggot" made it truly feel like a 'home'! Not that toronto was much different, anyways.
There was this other weirdo, nothing like Pear and Bundun. This guy was a actual freak. He hid out in the woods and would just be a dick. But, something about him alwsys pulled Charlie back in. Maybe it was his weird stories, crooked smile, or maybe just the taste of someone who is different for the first time in he didnt know how long.
Though beyond the Weirdos and Dicks, there was something...wrong. something beyond the stagnant feeling of cigarette smoke in the lobby of a motel. Something, someone pulling him away. Something had grabbed him by his goddamn heart and pulled him further into the forest, and he was in love with it.
just like everyone expected, like they all had rumored...the events were true. Anyone new to this town was doomed to die here or to leave as quick as possible.
That bridge and river, infamous for every new kids suicide in town, every unexpected death in town, and even what people had feared may have had happened to the only unexplained dissapearing of some forgotten kid. The river intruiged Charlie, he didnt know why. He never visited it, but everytime he met up in the forest with this new friend--he couldnt dare to tell anyone about of course--, he could smell its swampy, festering hell-of-a-smell. Something was rotting in there.
