The first segment of the X-Men cybercomic Twisted History was posted in January of 2000 on the Marvel website. The original cybercomics attempted from the late 90's through 2000 didn't really take off. The original line of Marvel cybercomics were removed after 2000 and many lost to the public. Marvel would attempt internet exclusive comics again on September 9, 2021 when Marvel Unlimited (the Marvel site for digital copies of many off their issues) started "Infinify Comics". Twisted History took place on and introduced Earth 24208. ("Twisted History", X-Men, Marvel Cybercomic Event)

Deadpool: Ride My Hard Drive, Baby! was a Deadpool Cybercomic that was published in four parts in February 2000. The story involved Deadpool getting downloaded into Weasel's computer and having adventures in cyberspace. Like the other Marvel cybercomics it was wiped from the internet due to low viewership.
