Dear kid, Sometimes the world is terrifying. You feel empty and alone, you were doing great for a while but then things went down hill. It’s okay to feel that pain in your chest, to not want to sleep or once you fall asleep to never want to get out of bed. It’s alright to feel free when no-one is talking to you but sad at the same time. It’s okay to feel tired. It’s okay to be alone, its okay to not be healthy, its okay to struggle and not have everything okay. Life is hard, The only thing thats not okay is you forgetting that its okay for things to happen bad or good. Life is a rollercoaster. It will have ups and downs, good and bad events that will change you and your track. Thats okay though because after every hill and fall youll get back to the top and have a little time to recover and get ready to brace yourself and your stomach for some more life. this rollercoaster is hard kid, but you can handle it. Youre tall enough darling. Youre strapped in, youre safe. These things go by pretty fast so try your hardest to keep your eyes open everyonce in a while. But if youre ever too afraid remember, Im right here next to you on the rollercoaster just reach out and grab my hand. It’ll be okay. Everyone is here for you.

Hey guys it's my 20th birthday today!!!
