Following up on my previous post, can you imagine how much Druella Black must've been dragged through the dirt by Cynus for having NO sons.
Three daughters is nice and all, raising proper ladies to marry off. But even marriage isnt all that, seeing they wont even keep the Black name and instead will continue the bloodline of another family.
Do you think Cynus wouldve especially been disappointed finding out Bellatrix wasnt a boy, and then with Sirius being born before they had the change to try for a boy.
Sirius just completely stole Bellatrix' 'change' (quotation marks 'cause i dont think, with her being a woman, that she even had a change at all) of having all the inheritage and power the Black heir carried.
Do you think Cynus wouldve resented his wife and his daughters, because he kept getting mocked by Orion and Walburga for not managing to even get ONE son?
